1. Overview

We are committed to ensuring our customers are satisfied with their purchases. Please read this policy carefully to understand the terms and conditions for a refund.

As our products (online courses, e-books, templates, etc.) are intangible, instantly downloadable, or accessible digital goods, they are generally non-refundable once access is granted or the product is downloaded, except under the specific circumstances outlined below.


2. Refund Eligibility and Conditions

We offer a conditional refund on our digital products to ensure fairness, while also protecting our intellectual property from abuse. Eligibility is based on both a specific timeframe and verifiable usage:

Online Courses: You may request a refund within 7 days of your purchase date. However, to be eligible, you must have completed no more than 20% of the total course content. Our system tracks metrics such as video view time, module completion, and quiz results to verify this usage limit.

E-books and Templates: You may request a refund within 3 days of your purchase date. To be eligible, our system must confirm that the product has not been downloaded, accessed, or opened after the initial purchase and delivery email. Once the download link has been used, the sale becomes final.

Please Note: If your refund request falls outside the stated time frames, or if your usage exceeds the specified limits, your purchase is considered final, and no refund will be issued.


3. Acceptable Reasons for Refund

A full refund will only be granted for one of the following reasons:
Duplicate Purchase: You accidentally purchased the exact same product more than once. We will refund the duplicate purchase.

Major Technical Defect: The digital product (e.g., course videos, e-book file) is fundamentally defective, corrupted, or cannot be accessed due to a technical issue on our end, and our support team is unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe (up to 5 business days). A refund will not be granted for technical issues related to the customer's personal device, internet connection, or lack of necessary software (e.g., a PDF reader).

Gross Misrepresentation: The product description on the website was demonstrably and materially inaccurate (e.g., the course was advertised as covering Topic A, but contains no content on Topic A). Dissatisfaction with the product's quality, design, or subjective content is not a valid reason for a refund.

4. Non-Refundable Situations (All Sales Final)

No refunds will be granted in the following scenarios:
"Change of Mind": You simply changed your mind, no longer need the product, or realized the content is not for you.

Discounted/Promotional Items: Products purchased at a significant discount (e.g., 50% or more) or as part of a bundle are often marked as "Final Sale" on the product page.
Failure to Use: You purchased an online course or e-book but never logged in or accessed the material.
Lack of Pre-requisites: You did not read the product description and lack the necessary prior knowledge, software, or skills required to utilize the product.

To initiate a refund request, you must follow these steps:

Your email subject line must be: "REFUND REQUEST - [Your Order Number]"

In the body of the email, please include:
Your full name and email address used for the purchase.
The name of the product you wish to refund.
We will review your request and typically respond within 3 business days.


6. Refund Processing

If your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5 business days. The exact time it takes to see the credit in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment processor.
